Email requests for money are you ever tempted to reply?

I'm getting far to many of these begging/con/spam em's, here's a snippet of an email received and my reply:

I am writing from the hospital in Cote d'Ivoire, therefore this mail is very urgent.
I was told by the doctor that I was poisoned and has got my liver damaged and can only live for some months. I inherited some money ($10.500 Million) from my late father and I cannot think of anybody trying to kill me apart from my step mother in order to inherit the fund.

Please contact Miss Jessica Antony with any valid (driving license or id card) and your telephone numbers to assure her that you shall never cheat or betray when you have access to this fund.I have instructed her to sell all my valuable items and use the money to change all the documents to your name to enable the bank release this fund to you without any problem.

My Reply:

Dear Madam Rebeca Charles.

I am so sad to hear that you will soon be dead, even sadder because I fear it may have been me that poisoned you. You may not have been aware but I have been having an a fling with your hot house maid, afternoons of raw sex with her in your bed, kitchen table, bath etc was just so tempting to resist and when your step mother wanted to join us for a three some it was far too irresistible.

My reason for first visiting your house was to poison the rats you have been having problems with and I remember getting home after one very long session in your bed and realising the poison left in your kitchen may have put you at danger, so I guess its my fault you will soon be dead.

Anyway I’m sure your last few days will be happy ones, having the internet at your bedside will I’m sure take your mind off the fact you will soon be as dead as the rats in your bread bin.

Thanks for the offer of $10.500 Million it will come in handy as I set up home with your maid and step mother.

This email usually come from Nigerian how dare people from Cote d'Ivoire dare steal Nigerian 419 trick!

But I strongly suspect its Nigerian who are behind this email, just changing countries because Cote d'Ivoire is not know for this kind of things maybe that will increase their chances of success.

Apparently some imbeciles do actually fall for this kind of con.
