Domain with Domain Ownership Protection

Does anyone know how to find the owner that has a domain with Ownership Protection?
Some one told me that he found something like this because in the time between registration and enabling the protection ownership the details are available and records are being made.

Some one placed a refund after ordering the script. You might say this is ok. What I noticed that after 2 days he was selling my script.
Not paying for it an selling without my authorization ... that is to much.
Need it this in order to prove that this is his domain.

In the end I found something like domaintools. Used it and found what I was looking for.
