I understand that its completely legal.. and a great source of inspiration

but.. do you feel its messing up the game?

marketing & copywriting are a great skill, that not many people posses & just to be able to jack stuff so easy ...

I mean they put all the winning ads in one place & organize them for you lol

Spying has and always will be a part of the industry.

Part of being a good affiliate means to understand what your competition's running. You don't want to be left behind because they're on a better offer that you weren't aware of before.

The issue with spy tools is how you use them. I use spy tools and other people's ads as a source of inspiration to create my own. The problem comes when you directly rip other people's ads because you're hurting them by contributing to banner blindness. On top of that you're hurting yourself by getting the leftover impressions since the ads already been shown, and you're not learning how to create proper ads.

I don't think spy tools are messing up the game. I just think affiliates should not be reliant on them though and make sure they know how to create their own winning ads.
