Once again, the support team is silent for three days Do you know of a network that actually cares about their customers?

During the work-week I would expect a reply withing 24 hrs—weekend responses (Saturday-Sunday) would would be the exception or not be expected. This would depend on the network and rep's locale ofc. So, what is the issue of no response? What you request/query or the network?
