Do the offers on Maxbounty that say - Request approval to run - are they the best offer to promote?

    i always wonder why some of the cpa offers on maxbounty want you to be aproved before you can run them.

    they must be good offers because why else would they make you get aproval?

    This might be the case if the advertiser only accepts specific affiliates to run those campaigns. The CPA Network needs to make sure you are a good fit to run that campaign so there will be no issues between the Network and the Advertiser.
