Position: Director of Internet Sales and Marketing Job Description:
The primary duties of the Director of Sales and Marketing will include, but are not limited to, overseeing and managing all aspects of sales and marketing efforts for all divisions of PartnerCentric Five years Internet sales and marketing experience a must! He or she will report to and coordinate directly with the President, Linda Woods. The role and responsibilities may change based on evaluations of personal performance and/or other business-related concerns. Duties include but are not limited to:
Developing and leading the execution of a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy
Creating and implementing sales forecasts, a budget & plan for growth and profitability of the company and report on progress
Own all aspects of the sales process from prospecting and presenting, to qualifying, to follow-up, to negotiation, to closing and handling the contract.
Some on-going customer relationship management
Hiring and supervising sales staff as needed and creating a more efficient organizational structure
Setting up new clients with their PC assigned team
Analyzing financial statements in relation to said budgets in the interest of optimizing profits
Supervising and creating efficiencies in sales and marketing operations across all divisions
Creating new income and partnership opportunities
Developing a comprehensive compensation plan for additional sales staff
Evaluating and negotiating new sales and marketing opportunities
Coordinating efforts of marketing and technology to meet goals
Supervising company’s trade show participation
Meeting or exceeding predefined new account acquisition goals
The Ideal Candidate will have the following attributes:
Insider knowledge of affiliate marketing, and extensive working knowledge of paid search management, SEO strategies, email marketing, media buying, conversion best practices, and an understanding of the major technical aspects of various marketing campaigns
A capacity to understand and use the SalesForce CRM software system
Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to create and make beautiful and compelling presentations
5+ years of professional sales/business development experience specifically in Internet or affiliate marketing
A proven, demonstrable track record of success in business development and sales and marketing management
The ability to identify and negotiate new partnership opportunities
Strong desire to learn new technology and advocate for technology improvements in company processes
Self motivated, detail oriented and outgoing with a great sense of humor
Must have a desire and the ability to drive revenue growth success in a small company environment
Motivated, assertive, and collaborative: self starter, quick thinker
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Ability to focus and thrive in work-from-home environment
Ability to travel regularly, including attendance of several industry tradeshows throughout the year

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our national sales effort who will help us continue to lead and dominate the outsourced affiliate management industry plus grow our marketing services division. This is primarily a virtual company where all staffers are 1099 contractors and work from home across the US and Canada. Though for this position, a west coast based person would be preferred but not required.
