Use a proxy, search for 'dating / sex chat' by USA GEO in Google, and see which offers are being run atm by others, then contact the advertisers/affiliate platforms behind those offers, and get started. This way you will most likely get offers which are already running pretty well (high EPC/CVR) instead of testing tens of offers which maybe dont even work, or have low PO.
