EDITED TO ADD: Warning not sure about doing biz with these guys. I have not contacted them because I just saw that they spammed another affiliate forum 15 times yesterday with the same message over and over again. Removing the live link so hopefully they wont see this blog and spam my forum. Will leave the info up because it could be helpful for someone, just proceed with caution.

I just discovered a new datafeed solution, similar to GoldenCan which has some added cool features. For example, they have interactive shopping banners, similar to Chitika. Looks like tons of merchants and networks are featured. Whois says the domain was just registered March 06 so the service must really be new and based on all the content I see on the site, must have just recently launched. I don't know the people involved and don't have time to call and interview the owner. So I'm just passing on some of the info here at the blog, then will post this in the <a target="_new" href="http://affiliate-marketing-forums.5staraffiliateprograms.com/forumdisplay.php?f=22">5 Star datafeed forum</a> and ask the company to come over and share more info with you all.

You can find a partial listing of <a target="_new" href="http://www.5staraffiliateprograms.com/IPC-datafeeds.html">FREE affiliate datafeeds here</a>.</strong>

What do you think about this service compared to GoldenCan? When I get a chance I will invite them over to share more info. NOT - Sorry, won't be inviting them to spam this forum too.

Andrew, the owner just called me. He got a bunch of calls from merchants and networks that were interested in his service so became aware of my blog entry about his company.

The service is in beta so had been under the radar until I scooped the story. I chastised him about the forum spam that is still going on today at the other affiliate forum. (4 more OT duplicate promo posts). He says he will stop the person that has been doing all the spamming. He will be here later to fill us in a little more about his service.

DataFeedFile.com proper introduction

Linda's article has caught us by surprise this morning. It has caused immediate response all over the affiliate industry. DataFeedFile.com is currently in beta stage. We are signing up beta testers both affiliates and merchants.

My name is Andrew and I have spoken to Linda personaly to explain about the spamming issue. Our purpose was to invite a few affiliates and merchants to test our site, but I see one of our staff has completely misunderstood and posted many forum threads that would be considered spams. We have disciplined this employee and currently removing those harmful postings.

DataFeedFile.com was created from demand from many affiliates to have an aggregated merchant data feed database + being able to provide true price comparison shopping feature using 100% affiliate industry data feeds.

Yes, we are a real company with real people behind our company. We are still setting up, but you can call us at 281-808-3698 if you have any question or reply at this forum. We encourage all affiliates and merchants to submit critique, suggestion and comments about our website and its tools.

Best regards,

I think it is a good service. It offer a lot more features compare to similar sites that offer similar technology e.g. the interactive shopping banners.
Affiliates can display merchants contents directly on the banners without changing their current website and can control which merchant product show up on their site. And the customers can do a search on the banner.

PS: Our web site is a merchant on Datafeedfile.

Linda :) You may remember that I was not satisfied with the way datafeedfile integrated customized data feeds. I have no clue of this service but take a look at this

Related Info for: datafeedfile.com/

Seems like I was not the only unsatisfied one.

I need to preface this post with a disclaimer: I've neither used nor am affiliated with DatafeedFile or their product.

My only interaction with them was when Andrew left a comment on a blog entry about a script I was planning to release on "how easy it was to use". To someone, that may seem like great feedback about the script, however, there was one small problem: no one had used the script yet as it hadn't been released.

Unless one of my extremely small group of personally known beta testers gave him a copy, there's no way he could have known how easy or great the script was. LOL

That's when I realized he was simply out to gain the back link (which was deleted) - i.e. manual spam. It may be a good product, but they sure do have a bit to learn about social marketing.

Hey Andrew,
Did you do away with your affiliate program for datafeedfiles.com?
I was looking for it, but didn't see the link anymore.

Anybody know what's going on there?
