custom rewrite

how would i get say

www . domain. co.uk / page.php?91 to show the page like

www . domain. co.uk / test.html

i have mod rewrite installed on my server etc and can use .htaccess

Please, read this excellent tutorial on mod rewrite. It will help you to understand what modifications are necessary to implement in the code and in the .htaccess file knowing your website script.
