I have taken a mortgage for the purpose of renovating my old mobile store and starting a new branch of it in Ontario.

I have made a lot of purchases using my credit cards and thinking of making mortgage payments as well. However, there are some things to be kept in mind while doing this. It shouldn’t be used to delay payments. And it can work to your advantage if done properly, it can help in building interest. But there are also some limits to this.
