The correct amount and correct timings to drink water will maximize its effectiveness to the human body as under:

1. Two glass of water taken 30 minute before meal will improve digestion process.

2. One glass of water taken after awakening helps to activate all internal body organs.

3. One glass of water before sleeping helps to avoid stroke or heart attack during night.

4. One glass of water after taking a bath helps to lower the blood pressure.

I usually tried to drink as much water as possible. But i don't know about the timings. I also drink water before and after sleeping. Anyway thanks for the timing.
 
It is a new experience to me. I have read articles about the importance of drinking water. But the correct timings i don't know. Correct time drinking water helps our body to stay healthy. It helps for the digestion process. Thanks for the information.
