Correct Contest Code

When I first saw the rules and registered a domain right away, I copied, pasted and saved the required code right away found on this thread. And the code originally said:

Where the BenjArriola supposed to be replaced with your UKWebmasterWorld Forum username.


Now I checked it out again since I am not appearing in the list of sites. And noticed the required link is now:

<a href='http://www.ukwebmasterworld.com/' target='_blank'>UK Webmaster World SEO Contest</a>

So everyone that signed up early and setup their sites early without checking the registration page, update your links.

Now a quick question, I believe for Skinner... is the singlequote and doublequote significant? Can I have the doublequote version:

<a href="http://www.ukwebmasterworld.com/" target="_blank">UK Webmaster World SEO Contest</a>

This is just a personal preference, nothing really crucial. But if the code has to be exactly the same to be listed properly as a registered participant, then I will use the code as is. Copy and paste.

Is your site in the first 100 results on Google SERPs? This Contest standings list is retrieving first 100 results from Google, not first 100 contestants who registered their sites with us...

Max, I can't tell you exactly how this script works and why some of the URL's are still not showing up but I will ask programmer to check it again.

Final contest results will be determined by Google, not our script.

I have used one code from the off which has been:

I have been & looked on 76 websites which are listed in Google for seocontest2008 out of them 76 i got 23 which had properly entered the code onto there website like mine with the user="Resonate" within the markup.
