This guide will show you how to sneakily earn money via content locking scripts and templates.
Method
This method is a sneaky little content locking method you can use to earn big money very quickly. The idea is you create or find a script, theme, template or anything that is written in PHP or HTML and add your content locker to it. You then switch the locker off and get your file downloaded as much as possible. Next you will wait for users to install and push traffic to your file and then you turn on the content locker to bank.
Step 1. Create your File
Your file can be anything that is written in code which people will upload and host. So some good examples are things like,
Templates
Scripts
Themes
Plugins
Wordpress Themes
Anything of the above works just make sure you have permission and make sure people will want/need it. You can grab examples from sites our list of script sites or grab some themes etc from site like ThemeForest. Alternatively you can write or have written your own unique scripts etc.
Step 2. Edit the File
This is the sneaky and best part, open up you files and add two things to the code.
1. Add your Gateway code from your CPA network of choice.
2. Add a visitor tracker to see how many people are online, WhosAmungUs works fine.
Save your file as if you've never touched them and get ready to dish out.
Step 3. Turn off your Content Locker
This is very important, head on over to your network and turn the content locker off! This will trick the user when they upload it to their site that nothing is appearing. Hence touch wood they won't check the code and be oblivious to the content locker.
Step 4. Get your File out there
There are various ways you can get your file back out there.
You can simply re upload it under a different name to the script sites or to theme directories.
Create a Wordpress site for your scripts
Use footprints to find people asking for your file
Upload it to Torrent sites
Either way the idea is to get your file out there and being downloaded and installed by webmaster and site owners.
Step 5. Track visitors and Bank
This is the exciting part, you now need to watch how many people install your script. You do this via going to your WhosAmungUs links and tracking how many people are online. Wait until you see a GOOD amount of people online and switch on your content locker. If by magic your content locker will appear on their sites and you will bank off their visitors.
Turn the locker on and off at busy times until they remove it. If you catch a big site you can bank big!
