Why did the Tesla auto-pilot fail?
Sometimes it's not just simple human error --it's a cosmic ray singularity error a bit flip event.
Towards the end of the video he presents the possibility (unproven) that evolution may be cosmic rays altering DNA just a bit?
Not presented as absolute truth --but ...
