Cloaking ad networks?

Hey guys, do you have any tips on how to cloak ad networks?

The easy and old school swicheroo (switching out lander for approval) doesn't work on this ad network and they have some kind of automatic detection, which even after it has run for a few hours will shut down my campaign..I've tried geo redirection but it doesn't seem to work.

What other tools are you using? This is mobile btw, I'm doing AV pins.

Could you specify which ad network you're using? It may be a good idea for you to think about custom domains. Adsbridge has a cloaking feature

I'm using adsbridge's double meta refresh with a custom domain, but since DMR is not 100% traffic is still being shown and I recently got caught by advertiser. Also this post was towards cloaking ad networks, where you buy the traffic, not the affiliate network or the advertiser.
