According to my research, This is a nofollow forum but yet I just checked and I just got a backlink from this forum so that in my eyes that debunks the nofollow theory.

You're wrong on two counts. First, I don't know what research you did but sig links are NOT nofollow on this forum.

Second, you have not debunked the "nofollow theory". Nofollow links do not pass PageRank.

When I downloaded submit Um now to my toolbar, it actually has a great little bar at the end that tells you what PR the page you are on is. Right now it says PR: 4

lol it's about the only good thing Submit Um now gave me.
