Affiliate Marketing Manager
Smart Destinations is looking for a bright and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager that can maximize the volume and conversions of quality traffic to our web properties.
Responsibilities:
To manage and grow several large scale affiliate marketing programs. The candidate will also start at least one new program. The candidate will oversee all publishing partners and their referral traffic, work with them to improve conversions and optimize all incoming leads with effective landing experiences. You will be working closely with our team to manage existing affiliates and develop new affiliate partners and campaigns.
Experience:
• 2-5 years Affiliate Marketing Experience
• Experience with and knowledge of leading affiliate marketing software and networks (e.g., Commission Junction, Kowabunga, etc.)
• Experience in creating marketing materials (links, banners, etc) for affiliate websites
• Experience in researching, identifying, and recruiting new on-line affiliates
• Significant experience interpreting campaign results
• Other types of online marketing experience a plus
Professional and Personal Skills:
Proficient in writing ad and landing page copy
Superior verbal, written communication, and negotiating skills
Highly proficient in Excel
Strong analytics and reporting skills
Ability to multitask
Very Creative.
Attention to Detail.
BA or BS in Business/Marketing or related fields
MUST BE LOCAL TO BOSTON
