Russians switched to Crypto ...
I have a feeling that .. this won't bar Russia.. it will use those currencies to get through sanctions

Coinbase and Binance are not freezing Russian owned wallets (accounts).
IDK if it right to freeze based on the nationality of the wallet.
However, if that wallet has more than 100 BTC (or equivalent) in it and was 'activated' in the past year --it should be just frozen for now.
That could well be a wallet created to evade sanctions ... too bad ...Putin ceases hostilities and withdraws the military from Ukraine they can have access again to the cryptocurrency.

Actually I often ask myself: how are they going to pay reparations with such low ruble?
