Bing ads - when to pause keywords?

Hi I would like to ask for help.
I run campaign on bing ads and Im not sure when to pause keywords.
how many clicks will you give a keyword before you pause it because it has not delivered a conversion? I am just talking about giving a keyword a fair shake by giving it enough clicks to make a sale/sign up. Is it 100? 150? 200 clicks?
Should I start to do optimisation with keywords after 1 conversion?
 
example if you are bidding on lot of keywords:

if you spent 1 X offer payout and no conversion = back list the keyword.
sometimes you can black list earlier if the CTR is very low in a certain keyword (if you are using a landing page)

it's not a solid rule cus that depends on the offer payout as well.
it depends if you are using a landing page or not.
it depends on how many keywords are you targeting.
and lot of other variables...
