Have already spent 200$ in bing ads ( direct link) but there is no lead even single one . Do you have any previous experience about it? Please give me some suggestions.

Are you using call extensions? Are your keywords and text ads related to each other? Are you encouraging users to call? Are uses visiting a landing page or calling the phone number?

Tell us a bit more about the campaign, vertical, campaign structure, angle, etc. and maybe we can help figure out why you've spent $200 with no revenue.
