Best proxy tools?

I'm not sure if this is good section.
I need your advice. I am searching for freeware proxy tool that will guarantee me safety and anonymity durning surfing the Internet.

I used Bart VPN but freeware license expired so I am looking for an alternative.

Recently I've read a lot about Freegate. Do you have any experience with this program ?

How about other proxy tools, what would you recommend me?

Bart VPN is nice proxy tool but it is not free i think we have to pay 30$ ...
