Registered with the same question here, I would like to launch a gambling site similar to these ones casinobetsites, but have any single idea how to start a promotion, especially taking into account that gambling business is limited in many countries.

The one problem with promotion or virtually anything you want to venture into is thinking too much about how to start it. You end up making it more complex than it should be and you can end up not doing anything at all.

Promotion is not anything too hard to think of. It just means getting the word out there. You can do it through facebook groups, you can do it through blog posts, you can do it through forums, cpa networks and much more.

About the restrictions, I think it is only USA, and some top tier countries that are restricted but even at that, I know a gambling website that has lots of USA members in it.

The site has an option that lets user chose something like, "Is this my real ip address? yes: no". If the user in US choses no, then he automatically gets to use the site. I guess the moral dilemma solved here is to remove the blame from the site and put the blame on the user who wants to gamble just in case something happened. So it's an option you might think about with regards to finding a way around the restriction if you really plan to start a gambling site.
