Best CPA CPL networks for FR insurance, finance & home renovation leads in 2026?

Hey everyone,

I'm currently running on MaxBounty but they don't have French offers, so I'm looking for networks with solid FR offers specifically insurance,
finance, and home renovation/energy verticals.

What are you guys running for FR leads? Would love your thoughts.

i'd also ask how much transparency each network provides after the conversion. especially with insurance and finance, a cheap lead doesn't necessarily become an approved lead.

having visibility into rejection rates, lead quality, and downstream performance can be just as important as the payout itself. sometimes a network with a slightly higher cpl ends up producing a much stronger roi once those factors are taken into account.
