Hey Guys,
Been looking through the forum and very impressed with the network of support that you guys have created.

I have a few queries that you might be able to help me with.

Background
I run a non-niche, mainstream photo blog of high quality nudes.
From Google Analytics's in the past month:
Visits: 219,849
Unique Visitors: 164,793
Pageviews: 1,127,886
Avg. Visit Duration: 00:03:50

I've been using aff as my affiliate - that was paying out a couple of dollars per member - and I'd get typically 1-2 members non paying members a day to join. Earning me around $3-5 a day.

I have the one large banner across the top of the page

That strikes me as pretty poor for the kind of traffic I am receiving -
is that correct? Should I be making more money or is this about right?
Am I using a Affiliate program/stategy that isn't ideal for me- can you recommend one that would generate a higher income?

You have the same problem as 99% of other affiliates in the adult industry. The reason you get so much traffic is because you are giving it away free. The reason you can't make money is because adult is free for the most part online. Why would they pay for it when you and countless others are posting everything they want free?

You have to stand out and be different in site structure to make money in adult. Once you get it together, you should be able to convert.
