Anyone have experience with adsonar(sponsored listings)?

I need their contact info other than the email sponsoredlistings@advertising.com. I need a refund. I have $300 in my account.

I found the same thread in WF. I'm sure they have a contact form on their web site either by mail or phone which ever you prefer. Since no one else is answering, I'd say just skip the chit chat and directly ask them. They should be able to assist you.
