Any Telemarketing list building advice?

I am a small business web designer looking to expand my business through affiliate marketing. I have telemarketing channels in place but it is difficult to find good source of contacts to call. I work with small business owners and find that if you buy a telemarketing list, a lot of times you get all types of businesses that would never even consider your services

Any recommendations on online directories that list verified small business info?

How do you guys search for leads online?

My advice for you is NOT to buy a list so to speak....BAD BAD move.... I would search google for "Maps Mentor" or "Local Lead Miner" these are good for what you want.... I used to use these tools when I did local internet marketing.... but got out of that market due to it is harder to do than CPA marketing... Good Luck
