Looking For Alternative to Propel Media

Hello everyone, been a while since we had to look for a new PPV source. Long story short we no longer have an account at propel media. Just wondering if there is any other network out there as good as them?
I dont even know if the other networks use the same type of process as propel media but i would love to hear some options on the other new networks. I know that when a user typed in a url/keyword the target at pop media was displayed and it was really really good traffic for all these years. Like i said its been probably 8 years or more we have been there, there must be some other sources out there now. suggestions would be appreciated.

Im using admaven for the past 8 months and I'm really satisfied, they have a really good smart link with various advertisers mainly CPA but also PPV ones, the fill rate is high, payment is on time and very responsive
