I ran a small affiliate network previously, i found that promoting the affiliate network generally on other affiliate directories, got me a wide variety of affiliates. Around 40% of affiliates left as they could not find offers they where interested in promoting.
I please wondered if it would be better to, have a certain category of offers, such as Finance and Insurance, then target my marketing efforts to find affiliates that would be suitable for running Finance and Insurance offers and campaigns please? I found previously i tried to add a broad selection of offers to the network and promote this widely, but it does not seem to have worked. If anyone kindly had any thoughts on this i would be very grateful and thankful, it would mean the world to me.
