The Affiliate Program is a growing channel within the Marketing team and offers the opportunity to be innovative and create best practices. You will play a key role on the team maintaining and growing both our in-house and network affiliate programs for both the AllPosters.com and art.com brands. Your focus will be working with the top-tier affiliates to bring the art.com Affiliate Program to the next level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide efficient and rapid e-mail and telephone support to a large number of affiliates regarding the benefits, features and rules of the art.com and AllPosters.com Affiliate Programs
* Identify, recruit and negotiate with potential affiliates for site placements and opportunities to grow the program
* Develop and execute communication to affiliates through newsletters, one-to-one communications and an affiliate blog
* Create monthly reports to share with key affiliate partners and use to recommend improvements and identify optimization opportunities
* Build and manage effective working relationships with top-performing and key affiliate partners to negotiate improved presence on partner sites and within other marketing vehicles
* Work with the Creative team to develop new creative elements for affiliate use as well as affiliate newsletters and landing pages
* Work with the IT department to resolve any affiliate backend/tool issues (e.g. datafeeds, web services, reporting, etc.)
* Work closely with the Merchandising team to plan and execute product promotions and site wide sales to market to affiliates
* Contribute new ideas and strategies to the team to continue growing the affiliate program
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
* 1-2 years work experience, affiliate marketing preferred
* Experience with an e-retailer preferred
* Experience with Commission Junction, Affiliate Window and/or Zanox a plus
* Strong knowledge of Excel required and basic HTML a plus
* A self-starter who is passionate, aggressive and motivated to drive success with the ability to take direction and work independently
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and develop recommendations
* Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills
* Effective project management skills, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining detail oriented
* Ability to multi-task plus strong problem identification and resolution skills
* Comfort level with and interested in Internet technologies such as cookies, pixels, datafeeds, XML, etc.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and across departments
