What is the requierment to become a Affiliate Manager?

Affiliate Manager requirements

Hi Guys,

Below are requirements (a must) that we expect before adding people to our team:

1. Able to scout for, and recruit new Affiliates or Super affiliates.
2. Knowledge of the industry. What programs are converting well, who is pushing what, and what can you do in order to get them to push with us.
3. Able to scout for new programs to add to our system. Some research is required before adding programs, to ensure if they will convert or not.
4. Being a team player, self motivating, and a go getter. We want people who are hungry.
5. You need to be able to work from a home environment. A lot of responsibility comes with that. You need to be able to work on a 9-5 schedule, without the need of having somebody tell you what to do.

This job can easily grow into a VP role, if you are motivated enough to make it happen.
