Some of the most innovative companies in America have graced the Inc. 500 list and the 2006 list just came out.

3 companies that made the A-list are pretty well known in the affiliate space so thought I would highlight them for you. Pepperjam does search and affiliate management and ranked 293. Netshops has 55 niche affiliate programs and ranked 13. Stubhub has a popular affiliate program and ranked #8 on the Inc. 500 List.

Press Release - Pepperjam Named to 2006 Inc. 500 List of Fastest Growing Businesses in the United States "Being named to the Inc. 500 is an incredible honor ? it means that Pepperjam joins a list of present and past Inc. 500 companies, including Microsoft, Go Daddy, Oracle, Zappos.com and more. This designation is truly the product of a unified team effort at Pepperjam. Becoming an Inc. 500 company even further separates Pepperjam as the most innovative, aggressive online marketing agency in the nation," said Kristopher B. Jones, President & CEO of Pepperjam... "Internet marketing is quickly changing the face of the advertising world in general. To be involved in the online marketing space is exciting, but to be a leader and trend-setter in the space is truly humbling," said Jones."

Netshops "Owns and operates niche online stores specializing in home goods. Why it's growing: The real estate boom: A large portion of the company's customers are new homeowners. NetShops started off with one site, Hammocks.com, in 2001, and now runs 55 online shops, including ToddlerBeds.com, Dartboards.com, and JewelryBoxes.com."

NOTE FROM LINDA. Here is a link to the NetShops affiliate program. Since they have 55 niches to promote I always thought this program looked intriguing.

Stubhub "Creates a buying and selling venue for tickets to concerts, performances, and sporting events. Why it's growing: Buyers seem to find online exchanges easier, with better selection and (often) lower prices than traditional brokers. In the old days, sellers, including corporate customers and season ticket holders, often threw away tickets rather than trying to resell them."

Who else made the Inc. 500 list? Here is a list of the top 25. http://www.inc.com/resources/inc500/2006/top25.html

You can only see the top 25 unless you have a subscription. I almost got one just so I could read the rest of the list, but really don't want a paper mag delivered every month. Wish they just had an online subscription.

Anyone here have one? Can you check and just see if there are any other names in the INC 500 that affiliate marketers would recognize?
