Adsense for RSS feeds?

Hi, guys, does anyone know how to set this up?
I recently added adsense to my blog and just noticed although I have a good click rate many of my visitors come through RSS.
I set up a RSS ads on my Adsense but have no clue how to redirect the feeds to the new Feedburner blog. Google only tells you how to do that on Blogger but not self hosted sites. Can anyone help me with that?
