They recruited me too and I just signed up. I asked the rep about promo codes to get started - and they have them. You just have to deposit certain amounts in order to claim them - but if you're going to advertise on the network seriously, it's free money.
I'm planning to launch my first campaign on their network, so I'll have to get back to you on the quality of their traffic etc. I also asked about dynamic tracking parameters and my rep made them available to me so I can optimize based on the placements and publishers etc. So at least they've got those things going for them which bode well.
