Stages of a sales funnel to sell any product.

A sales funnel is centered on stages and in each one you must focus on a different strategy and not send the wrong message at the wrong time ❌

Follow these steps to sell any affiliate product :


Knowledge stage ️️:

This is the moment when you first catch the attention of a customer. It can be from a publication, an advertisement or even a friend's recommendation .

Your prospect realizes (knows) that your business and offer exists.

the awareness stage is more like a courtship. You must convince that prospect to get more involved with your business ❤️
Here offering a free lead magnet is the best way.


Interest stage :

When consumers reach this stage of interest in the sales funnel, they are researching, comparing and thinking about their various options your offer but also those of your competitors.


This is the time to spring into action with amazing content that helps them and provides a ton of value, but that you're NOT selling them anything... you're giving it away .

If you start pushing your product or service from the get-go, you will demotivate potential customers. The goal here is to demonstrate your expertise and and value in what you offer.

Help the consumer make a decision and offer to advise them in any way you can ✅


Decision stage :

The decision stage of the sales funnel is when the person is ready to buy. He or she might be considering two or three options at this point, if you've done your job right... you'd be within these options.
Here is the time to present your best offer .

It could be a special discount, an additional product or service as a bonus or add-on. Whatever the case, make the offer so irresistible that your prospect is eager to take advantage of it.


You can present the offer through various means whether it's a sales call or online using a sales page, webinars or even forum chats ✅.

You need to present them with a great opportunity... one that is totally irresistible .

Action stage :

Here at the bottom of the sales funnel, the customer takes action. He or she purchases your paid product or service and becomes part of your business ecosystem ️.


However, just because a consumer reaches the bottom of the sales funnel and becomes a customer doesn't mean your job is done ❌.

You must do everything you can to convert one purchase into 10... 10 into 100... and so on.

In other words, you must focus on customer retention. And the easiest way to do that is through email marketing by following up with your list by sending valuable messages so that people are always in touch with you to sell to them at any time


Extra: Every funnel is destined to fail if you don't implement email marketing. Create your list and you will be able to sell today and in 10 years.

Thank you for sharing your description of funnel stages. Just would like to add that sales funnel should not be confused with sales pipeline. Some people consider these terms are synonymous, but a sales funnel and a sales pipeline are two completely different concepts dealing with two different sides of the sales process.

Forty years ago this was done with an index card box :D Now there's a fancy buzzword and a *new discovery*. But you are right --the process is unrelated. We called it a 'tickle file' or a call-back box of potential sales to try closing again. The technology always changes but the core principle rarely do.
