    Well with optimize press you have the option to switch to HTML if you like coding, I haven't personally used this feature as I cant do HTML to save my life but I know there is the option.

    Agree with what jstiger said, make sure its PLR then you can usually do what you want with it and I would use an article re-spinner or use one of those article writing services or do it yourself to re-write it so its unique and maybe get a cheap ebook cover done from fiverr.

    Take for example many email submits seem to be around the $1.20 - $1.60 mark, so to actually profit from this would be quite difficult would it not? I find that its easy enough to get conversions from email submits but because the pay out is much lower I'm always chasing a loss.
