I have a blog. If I sign up to a traffic provider as a publisher and agree to "in text ads", they will highlight certain words in my articles that are relevant keywords for the advertisers' offer.
So if the advertiser is selling fountain pens, for example, every word in my blog that's relevant...
Personally, I would only buy used domains from re-sellers who do all the backgrounds for me, buying them at auction ect can be a minefield.
Have you checked the domain with whois and waybackmachine to see what it's been used for?
Also when buying domains I wouldn't take any notice of DA or PA...

Then decide how you want to test the water.

The iPhone giveaway thing is full of shady clickbait crap, I'm not surprised Facebook banned you.
You could try a less direct approach and send facebook ads traffic to your site and let that do the promoting. Either way, you need a different angle.

you have a good base there with propeller ads and cpalead. If you're running push you might want to look at where propeller get their traffic. If I remember there was a couple of big sites that drove a lot of traffic for them. Might help when choosing an offer.
