    Hi, you won't a make a good ROI on surveys in there, unless you can bring down the cpc significantly, or you have lots of $100 coupons + virtual credit cards + IPs and accounts. Try going for offers that pay at least $4 and up.

    Timezones don't matter in my opinion, and with the big money, it's pretty much the same. T2 and T3 countries have lower payouts so in a way you're just playing with the same numbers.

    Bidding is a matter of preference, what's important is you get to your target position for your target keywords. For me I'd set my initial bid to a 1st page bid, then increase accordingly. Once you've got enough data you can then adjust more and scale.
