Also is it true that the offers have to meet these requirements:
1) no exit pop up
2) nice form of link not the hop=clickbankid
3) no autoplay videos

I have spent around $30 and yes have been direct linking as the offers that I was using mention that they can be used only on PPC campaigns.
By the way do you see any problems with the keywords that were used in the campaign.

I ran this campaign (Work From Home Taking Surveys) on 7 search and it was a clickbank product with high gravity. I have posted the screenshot of the Ad and the 7 search campaign. I ran this in the US and UK for 3-4 days.
