but this is exactly what i meant - EVERYBODY could do that and a ranking was based on how many links you were able to set. but that was never google´s goal because they always wanted to have the best and most related search results. exactly - because google started then to fight links instead...- thommy

what do you mean by link juice?
could you please be so nice and do not copy and paste SEO faitrytales from 2004. regarding page rank: this is existing but it is googles´s secret - no one can see anymore (since YEARS !!!) how pagerank is influenced or not because it is NOT VISIBLE. in case of dofollow and nowfollow links...- thommy

i completely agree with that - and i would even go further and say, that SEO is today easier as it ever was. everybody can learn the basics and after that he does not need a SEO anymore. what do you mean by link juice?
even when you already got enough correct answers i want to add something to it. the term "link juicy" comes from a time when google automaticly added some positive points to a site as soon as they found a link. today it does not work like that anymore and can even be a bummerang to a site when...- thommy
