What is the most important factor for affiliates?

Good question, I´m also working with affiliates and would appriciate any input from you guys out there!

How much time do you spend online a day?

Well was written online so I guess it means beeing online. I would say at least 8 hours, but some of the stuff I´m doing could also been done offline. It´s good to get out of the chair from time to time :)
