So I've heard of Pay Per Click but not Pay Per Call. I'm assuming it's the same concept as PPC but phone calls, right? How does that work since it's a local business? Would I pay per actual customer that calls? If so that's definitely something I would want to look into.

Pop up ads with videos are the worst. I have to remember to keep my volume muted because otherwise I'll have a heart attack when one starts playing out of nowhere.
Never have I ever liked a single "spin-off" of anything. I don't have high hopes for this one either. I guess they're in the works of making a Dexter spin-off too which I'm not too thrilled with.
I recommend Flippa or GoDaddy. I believe Flippa has the best domain selling ratings than any other website out there but GoDaddy is a good site in my experience as well.
