Yes, Bing ads is a good choice for affiliate marketing or CPA. Success takes a lot of time testing out, tweaking etc. Not the easiest way. You can burn your $ very fast.
I have some good experience with Bing ads but I haven't made any money from it. Now running a campaign and hope I will be profitable this time. SEO is the best, but if you can find a good product, write a high converting review page, drive PPC traffic to it you then can make lots of money.
English is my second language and yet I was approved by Maxbounty. Not a problem at all. Just be honest with them and that's it. Tell them that you will be promoting CPA offers depending on the traffic source that is allowed. I think this should be enough. They will call you.
