I would suggest finding the best geo for online gambling offers and trying this exact geo with major traffic suppliers - e.g. zeroclick and others. if you do it step by step, slowly, then eventually you will find some working combination, sub ids e.t.c.
popcash, propellers and zeroclick are pretty good, especially with smartlinks from Mobidea, for example. just start it slow, filted sub ids and stuff like that ;)
I would suggest starting with some easy combinations like pop traffic + a smartlink. Normally smartlinks would convert better on a blind traffic than a specific offer. e.g. Mobidea, Mobusi or Clickdealer have pretty good performing smartlinks
Why not to check conversions ratio by sub ids? If this or that sub id doesn't convert then obviously it's a bot or something.
Also, makes sense filterting the traffic. For example, Optics are good and easy to set up. Pricey, though.
