It's hard being a newbie without getting some proper training. You need to find a platform that takes you by the hand and guides you through everything. Then you know you're doing it right. That's how I started. I can't leave you any links here, it's against the rules. But searching online...
Any link is a nofollow unless specified otherwise. Look for your niche's competition websites or any authority website in your niche, and when you comment on their posts, leave your url with name and email (at the bottom of your comment). And there you go, you have a backlink. :)

I agree with Anna2017. You can do it yourself with Wordpress. They have so many to choose from and very easy to set up. Why pay someone to do what you can do yourself. That way you are in control!
Don't make the mistake of believing everything you read online. There are so many scammers out there promising you riches if you buy their "secrets". Find a reputable platform that can teach you the proper way step by step. Good Luck!
Your education should come first. The proper education will show you what tools you need for the type of campaign you are running. No use spending money on tools until you know how to use them. Take it one step at a time!.

I believe if your offers are all different you should have a website for each. It's much more targeted and all the posts you write for that offer will be on one site. Now if your offering things that are all related, then I think you should be able to just add pages to your website and post...
Finding a niche is always tough. Just remember that you need to really like the product or service you choose. If you're only choosing something for the sake of selling it, you'll find that it become's a "job" after a while and you won't enjoy the daily work you have to put into it. Think of...
