What are the tastiest low fat foods?
Eating in moderation and not over indulging is the first step. I eat fruit for breakfast, salads for lunch, and a nice meal for supper. This has contributed to my losing 60 pounds in recent years. I even have ice cream with pie a few nights a week.- T J Tutor
