You make it sound quite easy.. As the others said,
It is not as easy as it sounds. You have to do a lot of hard work and even then there is a little chance of success! I do agree that those who succeed are earning a lot :)
Ofcourse, if they want to run a website and maintain it, one may need proper knowledge of web design. Average people like shopkeepers etc cant design a website without proper training, don't you agree?

You have improved the site design from the last time I saw it :)
But the fonts' line spacing is quite less which makes your forums look a bit rubblish. :p
Try increasing the line-spacing in your css and see if it looks better.
