Yep, Photoshop, the Gimp, or any capable graphics program should be able to do it... If out of time or lack of skills... No brainer for something like this, find a Fiverr designer. Easy, cheap, and quick! (Just PM me if you want to know who I work with on Fiverr for graphic designs...)- GriD

@Guy Kerklies creating a pre-lander as the one you mention is great, videos always increase conversion. As to telling you if the landing page is compliant... That is up to you... It depends on the product (but ecom should be fine), stay away from popups, popunders, etc... I never did IG and...- GriD

Never ever hide your LP from your AM... (this will just get you burnt with the network) Don't go with hearsay... Ask your sources for details, who are the AM's? What Affiliate Network are they working for? Don't let these things scare you... Just promote the offer... Also, if it ever happens...- GriD

Luckily there is no cash flow 'problem'! @Honeybadger does not rely on paid advertising ;) It just takes 'a little longer' before the payouts are executed... Which does not matter too much once the ball started rolling...- GriD

Often there are several versions of PHP Installed... You just select which one you want to use... (through your Cpanel or other) But you are right, ultimately it is the responsibility of the host to provide the correct PHP version.... I've had one hosting service (a long time ago) that did...- GriD

Does not look promising... But the table is incomplete... How many clicks do those impressions generate? You would need to be able to see how many people clicked on your creative... That way you would get an idea if you need to work on your creative (low CTR) or drop the non-converting offer in...- GriD

A CMS typically uses a database to store the page content... So for high-volume, I would stay away from CMS and use static pages... Yes, you will need some web development skills or outsource this task.- GriD

There are many options and many variables... I guess it all depends on your technical skills... I'm running the landers on a VPS server... Shared hosting can work... But if you send lots of paid traffic it will probably get slowed down resulting in lower conversion rates so that was no option...- GriD
