The Affiliate Program
We pay a one-time commission of $14 per customer that you refer. The payout for each referral is available 45 days after a customer signs up. The money can be withdrawn by PayPal, ACH/wire, bitcoin/eth, or another method that you arrange with us. If the customer does not renew after their first month, you still get paid for the referral. If the customer gets disabled for abuse, fraud, etc in the first 45 days, you do not get paid for the referral.

Just ignore the trial game server you're given-- it'll go away on its own in a day or two. Instead, navigate to the Account section of the website and click on Referral Program. You will then see your magic URL, and you'll be able to create promocodes as well. You will also be able to track your referral stats from that page, and see when withdrawals become available.
