I never expected to write something like this, but Adsterra has pushed me to the limit.

I had $1,132.38 earned in my account. After my email was hacked, I followed every single step their support team demanded:
I proved my identity, explained the situation, created a new account with verified payment details, and provided everything they asked for.

And what did I get in return?

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.
They are now refusing to release my money in any form — not to my new account, not to my Paxum, not anywhere.
It’s as if the moment there’s even a minor issue, they simply decide your earnings belong to them.

Let me be very clear:

My money is being held without any valid reason.
Support keeps repeating the same scripted lines and offering zero real solutions.
Their behavior feels careless, unethical, and honestly, extremely suspicious.

No serious network should:

block a verified publisher from accessing their own balance

ignore clear identity proof

refuse a payout after giving instructions that I followed exactly

and then act like $1,000 magically isn’t my money anymore

This is not how a trustworthy company behaves.

I have been using Adsterra for about a year, for my Tier 1 traffic they have been paying me $5 to $7 CPM on average and $0.70 to a dollar CPM for everywhere else oh, they have been consistent paid on time and I have no complaints about them
