      Q1. Is it still working as expected and updated regularly?

      Q2. Can I only PM to people in my friend list or to anyone with a PM option available on their profile?

        It is updated regularly yes. The plugins are updated on an as-needed basis, since there are many of them. I don't check Affix everyday email me at [email protected] . Q2. This totally depends on the site. For instance, if you are on twitter, you can only DM (PM) the people who you are mutually following. On FB you can message everyone, but need to do it intermittently and slowly.
